Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination will be recorded on your immunisation history statement after you’ve had your vaccine. Once you have received all required doses, you will also be able to access your COVID-19 digital certificate.
You can get proof of your COVID-19 vaccination online and save it to your digital wallet.
How you get access depends if you have a Medicare Card (for those eligible for Medicare) or Individual Health Identifier (for those not eligible for Medicare).
(Visit this page on how to download the app)
If you can’t get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations online, you can call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 between 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Ask them to send your immunisation history statement to you. It can take up to 14 days to arrive by mail. If you need an interpreter, please call the Telephone Interpreter Service (TIS) on 131 450.
