Selection Process
The Pfizer Australia Research Fellowships Selection Committee is central to the selection of the final candidates to be awarded a Fellowship.
The Selection Committee initially screens all applications against the fellowship selection criteria to determine which applications advance to the peer review stage. The Selection Committee is also involved in the final interviews that determine the successful Fellowship recipients.
The Selection Committee is made up of seven local biomedical scientists with a wide range of medical & scientific research expertise under the Chairmanship of John Funder, a member of the Pfizer Australia Research Fellowships Board.
The 8 members of the Selection Committee are:
