Pfizer Australia Wins Prestigious International Customer Service Professionals Award

Pfizer Australia's Customer Service and Reception team entered this year's International Customer Service Professionals (ICSP) awards - the ultimate award in Australia for Customer Service excellence, open to all industries across Australia and New Zealand.

At the glittering black-tie awards ceremony in Melbourne on Friday, 7 October 2005, Pfizer Australia's Customer Service and Reception team was announced WINNER for Excellence in Customer Service in its category. Other category winners were some of the top ranking Australian and New Zealand customer service organisations, such as ANZ Bank, Toll/Ipec, Virgin, Drake International Personnel, Shell Washdyke (New Zealand) and SalesForce.

The awards acknowledge high levels of professional service, benchmarked against international best practice across all industries.
